AI and Automated Processing Our Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to create and optimise content, analyse performance trends, generate voice and video assets, and make automated decisions about content strategy. AI processing is performed using third-party AI services including OpenAI, Anthropic, and ElevenLabs. Content generated by AI is reviewed through automated quality checks before publication. We do not use your personal data to train AI models.

5. Data Sharing We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

Service providers: Third-party tools that help us operate the Service, under strict data processing agreements. These include cloud hosting providers, AI service providers, analytics tools, and payment processors.

Social media platforms: When publishing content on your behalf through their official APIs, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and X (Twitter).

Content performance analytics may be retained in aggregated, anonymised form for longer periods to improve our algorithms. When you delete your account or revoke platform access, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

Data Security We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and authentication, regular security assessments, and secure credential storage for API keys and tokens.
